Hiding formatting changes in Word 2003

Just a quick note about how to hide formatting changes in revision tracking in Word. Perhaps this will redress the balance of this blog slightly – a useful tip rather than an annoying feature ☺!

1. In the Reviewing toolbar, click Show and deselect everything other than Formatting.
2. Click the arrow to the right of the Accept Change button and choose Accept All Changes Shown from the menu that appears. All of the formatting changes are accepted.
3. Re-enable the options you want to view in the Show menu.
